We checked in the hotel at 01:15 pm but room was not ready. We waited for 15 minutes more to get the room ready. Soft drink was provided without option. It was Sting. Which I don't like. About premium class and according to the price. Firstly negative points. 1. Room is very small and conjusted. 2. Only free and bakwas channel runs on the TV. 3. No centralised heating of room. you feel much cold in Apr too. 4. Toilet seat and bathing area is very close. Bathing area must be separated with glass. 5. You will face much problem in keeping and taking out your luggage from cupboard. 6. No balcony so forget about the views. 7. If you need fan in summer, one (table fan size)fan is installed on side wall above tv. 8. No facility in the room for hot drinking water. Reception is not so responsive. Room service is very slow. Positive 1.Room is neat and clean, no smells. 2. Bed is good. 3. bathroom is clean.

The hotel was all good and what I want to say was that it was totally value for money, the only thing which disappointed me is that the hotel does not provide a mountain view or lake view. If you don't want that type of view I will recommend you have to choose this hotel No interference and behaviour of staff.

Charged 4800/- but in actual its cost is 2000/- May be surged sue to weekend. I am sharing review as per paid price: Pathetic Hotel, No cleanliness, Interior is worst, Mosquitoes and flys are there, suffocation in room. don't go for this ever. You will feel cheated.

Thanks for provided early check-in Room size was decent resturant was okay helpful staff nothing else was impressive. hard to spot entry. Tough to walk to location. not so clean hotel.

The stay was pretty average. Bathrooms were really really really dirty. Although room was quite spacious but they didn't have basic amenities like kettle, heater etc.
