We booked hotel woodrina, Shimla from your website for 25th to 27th June 2015.As per your site this property is 3 star property but after checked-in we analyze this property is really pathetic. Hotel is very far from city even we were not able to drive as road's are very slippy to reach , room condition are very bad , food charges are very expensive even we don't have any other option where we can eat, cable connection is not working. Furniture is not in good condition. Height of rallying is very less which is not secure for kids. Even staff is not as per 3 star property. As per me this cottage real price should not be more than 500 RS and I paid 2500 RS...

overall hotel was good, but the food was not that great. The oil they use is of bad quality. also they dont provide room heater, after charging 3k per day, these cheap people they ask you 300 per day for room heater. at cold places like shimla this is not acceptable. you guys are not paying ac charge so this atleast u can afford. - room heater not provided. - approch road is not good - food is not good quality

The only reason I can recommend you to go here is just because of the guy at reception. We accidentally booked the room for wrong day, Ibibo and receptionist was really helpful in switching dates on immediate basis. Rest the hotel and amenities were okayish. Over-priced and over hyped, and at a location where you can't reach by any other means than your own Transport.

Location is good, a bit far from hustle and bustle of Shimla. Rooms are a bit small, food is average and it felt like staffs are less as compared to occupancy, as our orders were delayed by an hour most of the time. Though they were courteous to provide room service. Overall a good experience not So mesmerizing but a comfortable stay.

Our stay was average. The staff is cooperative. The food is good. The rooms are small. It was an average experience. The hotel is not as nice as the pictures depict. The road that leads to the hotel is quite narrow. The staff is coopertive though. Good for stags but not for families and not at all for couples.

Location of the hotel is not at all good. It is very far from mall road. If you don't have your own car then do not even think about booking this hotel. Hotel service is good and rooms are clean and neat. Wifi connection is only available in office therefore this is very big disadvantage.

Location of the Hotel is no doubt good, it is in the midst of pine forest. We booked two landscape view rooms. Rooms were good and clean, but kitchen and surroundings were not cleaned. Foods were so so, but costly than other good restaurants near by. Behavior of the staffs were good.

Beautiful stay in this lovely place ♥️♥️♥️ Would recommend every one whosoever goes to Shimla should stay in this hotel as it is in the best location between kufri and tattapani and mall road too. Moreover Pritam is one of the best assistant in this hotel

It was really a good stay really love it The staff was very polite and well behaved and the room was very clean and hygienic.The view was great and the management was very good. If i will visit shimla again i will recommend this place.

You can't found hotel location easily as well The rooms are not clean there is Dampness/Seelan in rooms wall as well no good views from restaurant. Dampness/Seelan in walls and smelling rooms even there is no A/c Or Fans in rooms

nice view from hotel. its amazing view of hotel but location of hotel is little bit high from road but view outside or hotel night view is very calm and beautiful................. room is totally clean and everything is good.
