Located near Anjuna beach, the centre of North Goa, Xavier's is the right property for you if you want privacy as well as calmness around. The property is very well decorated and it's definitely not just stay worthy but Instagram worthy too!! The kitchen section and the entrance both have a nice sitting area where you can chit chat and play indoor games like carrom etc. The host John is a great guy and is fun to have around. I'm definitely coming back here and you should too! Privacy. The fact that the property is hosted by John and his family will automatically make you feel home and safe. Anjuna Beach is at a walkable distance so one can visit it at ease any time of the day. The rooms are spacious,and so is the bathroom. Clean and tidy and has all necessities.

The price of Guestroom doesn't commensurate the cost ... better options with better facility in the cost ... staff seemed uninterested .. its seems their job is just to hand over the keys and then its ur headache for everything... with family its a strict no .. basic things in a-room like waterbottle/toliteries/tea bags nothings was there ... for the cost at least basic items be provided..,. Though offseason the rooms seemed unmaintained ... very disheartening

A quaint place that's sure to please anyone's eyes (and Instagram). The rooms are spacious with everything you'll need, and the most beautiful part is the general area outside the rooms. The staff is extremely warm and will oblige to any reasonable request you make. They help you with anything, from their own rented vehicles to making calls and booking a cab for you.

it's a great place... away from most of the hustle and bustle. the best part is that this property is taken care of by the owner himself, as he stays and resides within the property. It is a very peaceful environment and if you just want to enjoy the beach then you need nothing else because the property is located a few hundred metres away from the beach.

This is a wonderful guest house for couples, family, solo or for large groups. Very good location. Feel the real vibes of Anjuna. Aesthetic vibes. Staff is very nice. Everything is so nice here. Staff behaviour, enviournment, room size, location of guest house, vibes etc. Everything was good.

Xavier's guest house is a descent property. Staff is really good.If you want to really explore and enjoy goa and spent economically living in clean property with minimal adequate facilities then you can go for it Staff behaviour. Things would be reachable with there assistance.

Great experience, guest house owner and his staffs are very helpful and kind. Stay, food, overall experience is very nice, satisfied and happy. Next time we visit Goa, Xavier's guest house is all I can think.
