i stayed there for one night with my family. view and ambience was breathtaking as you get a view of lake from a room moreover it is surrounded by a nature but at the same time their restaurant had normal and quiet disposing ambience. only problem and inconvenience i had was with their food and their restaurant staff. i understand it was long weekend and their resort was full so they were having little difficulty in managing everything but at one point they were giving us such cold reply when we complained about food and services and this was her words “sir, we have 3 restaurants and had one kitchen so it’s difficult for us” another day during breakfast that same lady quit rude to us. food was not upto the mark and it’s quite overpriced that’s what my sister say who is food blogger. we were quite disappointed with that behaviour but at same time we had amazing experience with a person who saw us the hole resort in the electric car.

The location, view of the property and staff was helpful and amazing. However the lack in-house amenities such as games and various other facilities. Also the buffet options for breakfast / lunch / dinner had literally no options of non-vegetarian items. Not sure if they are completely focused in catering to a specific region. The amount we are paying does not justify this. So once they improve this it will be icing to the cake.

The place is pretty good. The accommodation here are very comfortable & their services were awesome too, I am very satisfied with the kind of services they provided to me & the ambiance of this place is very soothing. The only drawback is it's location as it's located very far away from the local market otherwise everything else was fab over here.

I have been here 4 times already in the last 9 years. I love this property, the staff and the food. The property has expanded grandly since the pandemic. New rooms have been added with new luxury amenities. Yaan Wellness Retreat can now compete directly with the big resorts of Udaipur city but with more serenity and better experiences.

Location wise it's very conveniently located. The property is just fantastic, specially it's ambiance which was just extra ordinary. The room provided to me was awesome as well & I really liked their services too, their staffs were very hospitable. Though their food was just fine but our overall stay over here was just fab.

Awesome resort. Every corner of the property is beautiful. Food is fresh as it is prepared from veggies grown in their organic farms. They upgraded our room to presidential suite at no extra cost. Our stay at heritage resort made our anniversary celebrations more memorable....

Such a nice resort, specially the location. The lake view from the room was amazing. Cleaning, room service, food and specially breakfast all were par excellence. Must explore the whole resort. Definitely recommend to all the travellers.

its far from main city , it was very expensive for travel between hotel to city . plus hotel is also expensive. there is very few menu options. very expensive , there were very less items in menu shall be more options.

It is situated in the middle of the hills & a lake was nearby so the location was fabulous. The room was good as well & their services were fantastic. I would love to visit this place again if possible.
