It has the same building as SBI which is a landmark in itself in the town. Kanchenjunga is visible from the hotel passage and not from any rooms. And I won't say that it has great view of the mountain (even from the passage) as the view is blocked by buildings. The room size was good as it had two double beds but the hotel is a bit old and needs renovation. I felt that it was infested with termites (ceiling, floor, furniture) everything was made from wood in our room and the beds were infested with bed bugs as my family had bug bites the next day. The staff was courteous as questions and queries were answered satisfactorily. The breakfast had three things: a. Bataka Powha b. Parantha c. Bread Butter The breakfast was ok, the taste was good. It needs to be cleaned regularly, had it been maintained well then I am sure many people (including myself) would end up giving more stars.

No good view of *** range is offered as the hotel is on other side of road, opposite of the range. Food is highly priced, while wifi does not work in rooms. Breakfast is also below average and buffet table is not served. Rooms are not the best, with old furniture and dusty linen. Overall avoid the hotel if you can...

Excellent hotel. Very good service. Only blip in our stay was that, we didn't know that you have to provide ur room key to the reception/room service people and specifically ask them to clean your room, otherwise the house cleaning ppl wont clean your room. That was a surprise. otherwise the stay was perfect.

we were transferred to Sikkim Tourist Centre, as renovation was on in DZimkha hotel. Just opposite SBI, & taxi stand in upper Pelling. Great view from Windows. 2nd floor rooms like 30, 31 are good. Sleep quality due to mattress pillow excellent. Food of great quality.

Excellent hotel with good homely prepared food. Service was also upto the mark. I would love to stay again in the hotel. View of kanchandzenga is the best thing about this hotel. Staffs of the hotel are not very professional but they will not let you down.

Nice hotel with good vegetarian food. Kachanjanga can be viewed in the morning. Close to Sky Walk taxi charges 200 to drop to sky walk. Clean toilet and bathroom. Room size is big. They charge 350 for heater.

Its a nice hotel located in upper pelling at the main chowk opposite the police booth...service is good...peaceful... food was excellent tasty, and made as per choice...will definitely recommend to all!!

It is at the entrance of Pelling.In the same building of SBI branch and ATM.Kanchenjunga can be viewed from Passage but not from room.Nice hotel ,staffs and service.Overall a big thumbs up to the hotel
