The owner was super nice but few members of the staff are just too bad for hospitality industry. Don't know how to talk and behave , when asked about the free breakfast that was included in my booking I'm asked to pay for it, they tell me that either I have to pay for my (free) breakfast otherwise I won't be offered the food. Seriously is this what we are paying that money for, to get into a situation wherever we can't do anything apart from just paying them more for the stuff that we've already paid for. I won't recommend any one to stay at this particular hotel. Not at all worth the money they are charging for. Rooms were decent but not worth the money. Awful experience.
