YWCA is well centrally located in Ooty town ..little distance from crowded area. Very well maintained neat n clean ..well behaved staff on reception..nice staff in kitchen for best food in Ooty..and very nice house keeping staff for keeping whole premises clean. Me n family really loved staying in this more than 2 acare property filled with beautiful flowers all around a beautiful location to taking lots of pictures within. Comfortable bed ..nice cottages lower n upper then rooms and dormairty too. Food are reasonable good feel like eating in home. Breakfast and lunch buffet are really worth.

The ambience was great. All necessary facilities were provided. What made this place different was it's greater surroundings so that we can even go for a walk in the morning and late night with full security. Food was also really good.. Staffs were so friendly that they provide a home like atmosphere for all their guests. Rooms were also really neat and superb. The stay and it's surroundings felt more secure that the stay we saw in the town area as YWCA had a lot a place inside the campus.

vintage stay. very nice hospitality. only draw back is that restaurant does not serve much varieties as they cook only for the guests. if we want any variety, we have to inform prior to the restaurant so that they get it ready. instant order is available only for limited dishes. The place is very greenish and resembles old British style structures

Amazing place to stay center of the city easy access to all locations. Only food was a bit expensive at the stay staff need to improve in service n should be able to respond asap. Rooms were amazing n worth the money. Staff were nice.
