1. The reception staff made me wait for almost 1hr. 2. biometric access was needed but the staff wasn't giving me that access. after requesting him like 5-6 times he allowed me to access the biometric. 3. The washroom was not cleaned and even tiles had many stains. (i've seen grapes and tobacco in wash basin, and there was stains all over toilet seat.) 4. The bed was broken. 5. The cleanliness of trass wasn't done properly. (i think i have seen same trash my entire stay) 6. At the end the staff was forcing me to give 5-star review else he will lost his job, that's what he told me.

I had very worst experience in zolo asha, this is the second time I'm staying here, no facilities which they mentioned in website and bathrooms are very dirty and seem like water has bacteria
