Best thing about this hotel is its location.Situated next to the dal lake.You can have the view of the dal lake from the hotel itself. Pros Location Cons *Average food *Room decor is average(If u r ready to compromise on slight distance),u can get better rooms at the similar price.If u r a honeymoon couple,den try something else to make yr trip memorable. *Bathrooms are clean wid old decor.There is nothing which u can think of special about this hotel. *Wifi is chargeable & costly to use.Better to stick with yr phones internet plan.

recommended for stay. location is perfect as we have booked Dal lake view room at 4th floor. staff was very much co- operative. although breakfast in morning 7 o clok was not available, however manager has shifted our breakfast for next day complementary. we were happy with same. Not giving 5 star only due to no availability of breakfast in early morning. Recommended for stay.

hotel location is wonderful. in front of Dal lake at Boulevard road. Room is spacious , clean having a beautiful lake view. Room service was excellent and special mention for the Hotel Manager who was very helpful. I was very happy with my three nights stay at this hotel. I recommend every one to go for this hotel (within this price range) without a second thought.

location wise,hospitalitywise,servicewise top class hotel.the room they allotted us was dal lake facing and quite large.u can watch dal lake throughout the day sitting in the couch.opposite it is ghat no 7 where u can hire shikara.foods are expensive but compatible with hotel standards.recommended for family.

Nice people with well attitude. I had reached their at hotel at 7.30 am however check-in was at 12.00 hotel staff helped me at provided room for my family. After request they changed our room for lake view room as well. Food was good.. Clean and well maintained hotel with dal lake view.

Hotel location is excellent just in front of dal lake Ghat 8. Hotel rooms are very small. Front facing rooms are small compare to non lake facing. Service is poor as you have to call 2-3 times for 1 thing. Rooms were clean. Overall okay. I booked through go ibibo so got at decent rate.

I am satisfied with my stay..it was pretty smooth and hassle free...and the best part was its location, which is close to Dal Lake..all the facilities and services were good enough, and the staff was very well behaved.

Very good Hotel in beautiful location in front of Dal lake. Room and bath room are clean and big. But food are expensive but get lot of restaurants v. near of this Hotel. Have car parking.

WiFi was not available and it took 5 gentle reminders to get, drinking water in the room. Great location and decent rooms but costly food menu and service needs improvement.

Beautiful location. But the hotel is very costly. Food is also very costly. Room service is ok. During check in I had to carry my own luggage upstairs. Room was great
