I recently had the pleasure of staying at ZOSTEL located in Dhikuli, 10 KM from Ramanagar, Jim Corbett National Tiger Reserve, and my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was thoroughly impressed. First and foremost, the hotel's swimming pool was a true oasis in the midst of nature. Surrounded by lush greenery and with a view of the reserve's beauty, taking a dip in the pool was a rejuvenating experience. The hotel's cafe was a delightful surprise. The food served there was not only delicious but also thoughtfully prepared, catering to various tastes and dietary preferences. Whether it was a hearty breakfast to start the day or a sumptuous dinner to end it, the cafe's culinary offerings exceeded my expectations. Special thanks to Manohar ji. One of the standout features of the Zostel was undoubtedly the front desk behavior. Their warmth and hospitality were truly remarkable. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and memorable. Their local knowledge and willingness to assist with any request added a personal touch to the entire experience. Many Thanks to Neha and Ashutosh. U both were amazing and helpful. Additionally, the front desk staff were efficient and professional. Check-in and check-out were seamless processes, and they were always ready to provide information about the reserve's attractions and activities. In conclusion, my stay at this hotel within the Jim Corbett National Tiger Reserve was an unforgettable experience. The combination of a pristine swimming pool, a great cafe with delectable food and the efficient front desk made my visit truly outstanding. I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect blend of nature, luxury, and impeccable service. Staying at this property was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and impeccable service. The accommodations were not only luxurious but also meticulously clean and well-maintained. I stayed here for 2 nights.very nice accommodation with lots of activity like game room common area gym swimming pool.rooms are clean staff clean rooms and also set beds everyday.locker @ RO facility is available which i found very useful.I had my gym session here.overall i loved this zostel hotel chain i ll surely book again with zostel

Had a good time in the hostel had booked a female dorm and all the facilities were provided like shower gel , shampoo and hair dryer . Dorms are clean and comfortable . Complimentary bonfire is provided everyday . They have swimming pool , gym , games room and separate workplace . Staff is very well mannered .

I booked a deluxe room at Zostel and the room was in shambles. The toilet had no seat, no dustbin and there was a stench in the room. The main door also would not lock and we were locked outside our room for 3 hours, before the staff gave up and told us to take our refund at 1130pm.

Booked a dorm . It was spacious . Beds were stable and clean . Got to chill with fellow travellers while playing games in the games room and then at night by the bonfire . Staff is helpful and the kitchen makes tasty food . Clean beds and washrooms . Helpful staff .

Had a superb stay in Zostel Jim Corbett . Check in was smooth . Staff gave updates about what can be done in Jim Corbett . Property has all the facilities gym , swimming pool , games room and a resturant and big lawns to chill and relax with your friends .

It was worst experience of my life, There was dampness and foul smell in every room.The condition of the kitchen and swimming pool there was also very dirty.There was only one good thing. The staff there was cooperative.

on reaching hotel they said pool will not be accessible. We booked that because it has pool. It ruined our experience
