The receptionist was very rude and the stay was not worth the money The approach road to zostel is too inaccessible for the 4 wheelers and is nowhere mentioned or was informed by the staff. the parking is also not sufficient for the four wheelers. so those people travelling by own cars avoid Zostel Tapovan in Rishikesh. inaccessible approach road and bad parking. too dirty

we five friends booked Zostel for 3 days, the Zostel team there are very humble and jovial. Very much impressed with their response and services. Only few things need to be improved viz., WiFi speed & connectivity, location of Zostel Tapovan though easy to find out the road to it is horrible.

I had booked a deluxe private room. But the condition of the room was not as per expectations. Room was okayish, there were water issues, small insects all over the room due to light. The bathroom door mat was pathetic, not cleaned in years maybe. Compared to other zostels, this was bad

Good property but the service is a bit laid back! Not good if you are seeking peace as there is always loud music playing in the cafe. Also, common room is a bit noisy for taking calls in my opinion. I struggled to find a peaceful place to attend my meetings.

We stayed in a private room not in dorms. It was wonderful stay but charges of room is not upto expectation. It was high in price & I like the ambience, roof top & the most important is common room. Overall stay was excellent.Its safe for female traveller.

experience is good i liked the place and i liked the staff also. good behaviour and nice service.When you travel solo you dont have to worry about anything go wherever you want eat whatever you want to eat and enjoy yourself.
