- Customer needs to pay the entire amount using Amazon Pay to be eligible for Amazon Pay cashback.
- Amazon Pay Cashback will be calculated on the final amount paid through Amazon Pay.
- For E.g.: If a customer makes a booking from Delhi to Mumbai which costs him/her INR 4000 after the instant discount is applied (Inclusive of ancillaries, insurance, taxes, convenience fees) and makes the entire payment through Amazon Pay, the customer will be eligible for a cashback of 5% post application of instant discount on the payment made i.e. a cashback of INR 160 will be credited into his/her Amazon Pay account.

How can you avail the offer?
- The offer is valid every Wednesday from 2nd December to 30th December 2020 (both days included) from 0000 Hrs to 2359 Hrs
- Instant discount offer can be availed on Domestic Flights bookings by using the code “GOAMAZON” and on Domestic Hotels bookings by using the code “GETSETGO”.
- Amazon Pay Cashback can only be availed once per Amazon Pay account for the entire offer duration across all Goibibo categories
- Cashback will be credited to the customer’s Amazon Pay account in 3 days.
- Instant discount offer is only valid for 1 booking per Goibibo account, during the entire offer duration.
- This offer is only valid for bookings made on Goibibo's website, mobile site and mobile app (Android & iOS).
- This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer on the Goibibo platform.

What else do you need to know?
- Cashback in Amazon Pay account will be processed by Amazon.
- In case a customer doesn't receive the cashback within 3 days, he/she can reach out directly on https://www.amazon.in/gp/help/customer/display.html
- Offer is not applicable on payments made through goCash (Goibibo Wallet - bonus amount), 3rd party wallets (except Amazon Pay), COD, Pay Pal and Gift Card payment methods.
- Instant Discount will not be applicable on multi-city domestic flight bookings.
- Offer is not applicable on payments made via the Book Now Pay Later mode on Goibibo
- Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer running on the Goibibo platform.

Conditions in case of a cancellation
- In case of a full/partial cancellation, the offer stands null and void and the customer will not be considered eligible for the offer henceforth.
- The customer shall not be entitled to cashback in the event of cancellation of booking. Goibibo will refund the purchase price after deducting the cashback amount and any other applicable cancellation charges/penalty.

Other Terms & Conditions
- Goibibo reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether
- For cashback related claims, the customer shall approach Amazon and Goibibo shall not entertain any such claims
- Goibibo shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to force majeure event
- Customers, who are Travel Agents by occupation, are barred from making bookings for their customers and Goibibo reserves the right to deny the Offer against such bookings and to cancel such bookings. For such cases, Goibibo will not refund the booking amount
- In no event the entire liability of Goibibo under this offer shall exceed the amount of promotional discount under this offer
- Goibibo shall not be liable to for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the offer
- Disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi
- Customers who fail to enter the promo code or using the wrong promo code shall not be eligible to avail the Offer. Bank shall, in no way, be liable in the event the Customer fails to enter the coupon code or uses the wrong coupon code resulting in Customer becoming ineligible to avail the Offer.
- Amazon Pay and Goibibo, reserve the right to disqualify any Customer from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Offer or otherwise by use of the Card.
- Amazon Pay and Goibibo reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the Offer, including, extending, withdrawing or discontinuing the same without prior notice,
