American Tourister Offer – Terms and Conditions
- American Tourister Offer on Ibibo begins on 22nd July, 2020 and ends on 28th July, 2020
- The Customer will avail the said Offer through American Tourister’s retail stores.
- When you make a booking of any travel services, as may be made available, by Ibibo Group Private Limited (“Ibibo”), the said terms and conditions shall apply.

Offer by American Tourister:
- Rs 1000/- off on purchases of Rs 8000 & above to all the customers who make a successful booking through Ibibo website or App.

How to avail the Offer:
- The Customer shall make a successful booking between 22nd July 2020 to 28th July 2020 through Ibibo website or App.
- The Customer shall receive a unique coupon code through an email from Ibibo within 10 days of the booking in order to avail the Offer through American Tourister retail stores.
- The email shall contain a store locator link through which the Customer may be able to locate the nearby American Tourister retail store to avail the Offer.
- The Coupon Code can be used once per Customer.
- Multiple Coupons Codes cannot be clubbed in a single order.
- The Coupon Code cannot be returned or refunded.
- The Coupon Code shall be redeemable only through American Tourister retail stores and shall be governed by the terms and conditions laid down by American Tourister.
- All purchases made through American Tourister retail stores would be subject to availability at the time of purchase and will be governed by American Tourister’s standard terms and conditions.
- American Tourister reserves the right to deny providing Offer to any customer on account of duplicity. Ibibo shall not be held responsible in this regard.
- Ibibo does not manufacturer, sells or distributes the products provided through American Tourister website or App and merely makes available the Coupon Code which enables the Customer to make a purchase at American Tourister retail stores. Thus, Ibibo shall not be liable for any acts or omissions on part of American Tourister including deficiency in service or the product, wrong delivery of order, quality, time taken to deliver the order, etc.
- The services made available by Ibibo shall be governed by the user policy and privacy policy available on Ibibo website or App.
- All disputes arising out of or in connection to this Offer are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi only.
- Ibibo reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
- Ibibo shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to force majeure event.
- Ibibo is the final authority on the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions.
- Ibibo shall not be liable to for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Offer.
- Ibibo may suspend or terminate these terms and conditions/ Offer at any time for any reason at their discretion.
- By participating in this Offer, the Customer gives Ibibo permission to use customer’s name, image and any other details or information available on the customer’s social media profiles, in any manner, to promote the Offer or Ibibo brand name or services.
- Ibibo shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental losses, damages incurred by any customer while availing the Offer.
