• This offer is brought to the Kotak Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking & Mobile Banking Customers ("Customers") by Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited ("Kotak" or "Bank") in arrangement with Ibibo Group Private Limited ("Goibibo" or "Partner").
• The offer is valid from 28th June, 2016 to 30th, June 2016 (both days included). All transactions completed during the period starting from 00:00 hrs on 28th June, 2016 till 23:59 hrs on 30thJune, 2016 shall be considered under this Offer.
• Flat Rs. 500 cashback on minimum booking value in case of Domestic flights is Rs. 4000 (One Way) & Flat Rs.1200 cashback on minimum booking value of Rs. 7000 (Round Trip) per card per customer.
• Flat Rs. 2500 cashback on minimum booking value in case of International flights is Rs. 25000 or above. Round Trip bookings only.
• Flat 60% off up to max of Rs.1500 + Additional 30% cash back up to max of Rs.1200/- on domestic hotel booking. Applicable on minimum booking value of Rs.3000 and above.
• Hotel discount will be calculated in base price.
• The Offer is not valid on Kotak Best Price Card, Kotak Travel Agent Card & Kotak Corporate Card.
• To avail the offer, customers have to use promo code and pay in-full with their Kotak Debit/Credit Card , Net Banking.
• Promo Code for both Flights (Domestic & International) and Hotels (Domestic) is GOFEST
• Offer is also valid on EMI transactions.
• Each Customer can avail the offer up to a maximum of one transaction per product category (domestic flight, international flight & domestic hotels) using the promocode during the Offer Period.
• This offer is only valid on the goibibo mobile app transactions during the offer period and goibibo.com accessed through Kotak Mobile Banking m-store section & Kotak Net Banking e-store section. For the clarity purpose, Mobile App transactions refers to transactions that are undertaken on the Goibibo website which has been downloaded as an application to the customer's mobile device.
• All booking must be for travel from India only.
• Dates of Travel/Hotel Stay are completely open.
• Offer not valid on select hotels. On such hotels, customer will get "GoCash" only.
• Offer is valid on Adult & Child bookings only. Not valid for Infants.
• This offer is applicable on per Booking/per category & only one (1) promo code can be used per product/per product/per category
• Cashback will be credited to all eligible & active customers' account on or before 31st August, 2016 on best effort basis. The time line provided for effecting credit is only indicative of expected period and may vary from the actual date of credit.
• Offer is not valid on payments made through any Wallet, Cash Card, PayPal account and Cash on Delivery (COD).
• This offer is not valid in case of a customer is using his or her Kotak credit card or debit card or netbanking through any wallet service.
• If the Customer redeems his/her gocash or gift voucher in the transaction, the Customer shall qualify for the Offer only on the net amount paid by the Customer through his/her Kotak Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking.
• Customers, who are Travel Agents by occupation, are barred from making bookings for their customers and Goibibo reserves the right to deny the Offer against such bookings and to cancel such bookings. For such cases, Goibibo will not refund the booking amount.
• Cashback/discount will be calculated on the net paid amount by the customer.
• Terms and conditions mentioned at http://www.goibibo.com/terms-and-conditions/ apply.
• Kotak shall not be responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever for any deficiency or inadequacy in the services rendered by Goibibo, its agents or representatives and the Customer hereby agrees not to hold the Kotak responsible or liable for, any actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, charges and expenses that he/she may suffer on account of the Offer
• The Bank and Goibibo reserve the right to extend or terminate this Offer or alter the terms and conditions at any time without assigning any reason whatsoever during the Offer period.
• The decision of the Bank and Goibibo in all matters in connection with and incidental to this Offer is final and shall be binding on all persons
• Any dispute / complaint regarding the Offer must be addressed by the Customer in writing to Goibibo directly and the Bank shall not entertain any communication in this regard.
• Any person availing this Offer shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions. The Bank merely facilitates its Customers to avail the Offer and is not concerned or connected with the Terms and Conditions of Goibibo with regards to online purchases.
• Goibibo/Bank will validate the transactions based on promotion code & payment through Kotak Credit Cards, Debit Cards or Net Banking as the case may be before giving benefit of the cashback/discount. 31. Customers need to enter the promotion code during the booking transaction to be eligible for the cashback/discount. In case a customer fails to enter the promotion code during any transaction, he/she will not be eligible for the cashback/discount benefit.
• This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer by the Bank or Goibibo.
• Bookings on Goibibo mobile app are subject to the availability.
• This Offer is not applicable for a transaction where a refund/ cancellation have been processed.
• Once the Customer has entered the promotion code and made the payment for a booking, the same cannot be changed later to avail benefit for any other promotion.
• This offer cannot be exchanged for any cash or kind and shall be non-transferrable & non-negotiable.
• Bank shall, in no way be liable in the event that the Customer fails to enter the Promo Code or enters an incorrect Promo Code resulting in the Customer becoming ineligible to avail the Offer.
• All disputes if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of the above Offer or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals of Mumbai only, irrespective of whether any other courts/tribunals have concurrent or similar jurisdiction.
• The Customers agree to be bound by the terms & conditions contained herein. Without a Customer being required to do any further act, he/she shall be deemed to have read, understood and unconditionally accepted the terms & conditions herein.
