Connection Guarantee

Service is valid only on selected multi itinerary routes booked on www.goibibo.com.

Connection guarantee is only available for multi itineraries created by Goibibo and has a domestic connecting airport

Only itineraries signaling Connection Guarantee are eligible for this scheme

Premium will be charged per passenger and on each new PNR created in the multi itinerary.

Amount collected for availing Connection Guarantee service is non refundable

Customer will be eligible for an alternate flight/full refund only if he/she misses the connecting flight due to delay or cancellation in one of the leg.

For any other reason Goibibo is not responsible for providing a new flight/full refund.

Alternate flights/full refund will only be provided if customer has less than 75 minutes of layover time at connecting airport and he/she misses the connecting flight.

Connection guarantee is not applicable for thru check-ins on a single PNR. This has to be taken care by the airline.

Alternate flight/ refund will not be applicable if last leg of the journey is being delayed

User agreement and privacy policy of Goibibo shall apply.

Goibibo is the sole authority for interpretation of these terms

Goibibo shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to force majeure event.

In the event of any misuse or abuse of the service by the customer or travel agent, Goibibo reserves the right to deny the offer or cancel the booking.

Goibibo shall not be liable to for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the service.

Disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi.
