Spicejet Terms and Conditions
- Passengers can avail change of travel date on their SpiceJet flight booking.
- Offer is applicable only on bookings made during the Offer Period i.e. 17th April‘2021 to 30th June’2021, for travel between 17th April, 2021 to 5th July, 2021.
- To avail the waiver of change fee, booking must be modified at least 5 days prior to the flight departure date. Standard charges will be applicable for bookings changed within 5 days of the flight departure date.
- Fare difference will be applicable for flight changes and shall be payable by the customer
- Waiver of change fee shall be offered one time only. In case the flight is changed by customer for the second time then applicable change fee as per standard terms shall be charged.
- Offer is applicable only on domestic flight bookings.

Star Air Terms and Conditions
- Zero Rescheduling Fee Offer is applicable only on direct flight bookings made during the Offer Period i.e. 01 May‘2021 to 10 June’2021 for travel between 01 May, 2021 to 31 Jul 2021.
- Above Offer is valid on bookings made via all channels including Star Air Website, Reservations, Airport Ticketing Counter, Online Travel Agents etc.
- To avail the above waiver of Date Change Fee, booking should be modified at least 24 hours prior to the flight departure and Normal cancellation charges will be applicable for the modification of booking within 24 Hours to the flight departure.
- The “Change Fee” will be waived off for any changes made to the travel date till 31st Jul’21and normal cancellation fee is applicable in case of Booking Cancellation.
- Fare difference will be applicable for flight changes and Convenience Fee will be applicable for flight change requested through Reservations or Airport Ticketing Counters.
- Date Change Fee waiver will be offered only One Time and Rescheduling Fee is applicable incase of second time date change/flight change along with fare difference if any as per the airline policy.
- The Zero Change Fee Offer is applicable only on bookings made under the above mentioned offer period.
- Zero Rescheduling Fee Offer is not applicable on group bookings.
