Terms & Conditions:
- This Daily Jackpot (“Lucky Draw”) is organized by Ibibo Group Private Limited (“Ibibo”).
- Participation in the Lucky Draw is subject to these Terms and Conditions. Entry into this Lucky Draw is deemed acceptance of these T&Cs and any amendments, additions, replacements, variations and modifications hereto, which shall be final and binding in all respects on each participant. Amendments to the T&Cs will be posted at this webpage. By entering the Lucky Draw, participants agree to be bound by and to comply with the T&Cs. Non-compliance with or breach of any of these T&Cs may disqualify a participant at any stage of the Lucky Draw, and any prizes may be forfeited, withheld, withdrawn or reclaimed.
- Participation in the Lucky Draw is voluntary and will be deemed void where prohibited.
- Participant must be resident of Republic of India. This Lucky Draw is not applicable on /available to the residents of the state of Tamil Nadu, as per Tamil Nadu Prize Scheme (Prohibition) Act, 1979, and wherever else prohibited by law in force.
- Participant must be minimum 18 years of age and must have a valid ID proof.
- Participant must be successfully registered on the www.goibibo.com website, mobile application or mobile site (collectively “Go-ibibo Platform”), to the satisfaction of Ibibo.
Eligibility:
- The promotional period for entry to the Lucky Draw commences on 18th November, 0000hrs and ends on 24th November, 2359hrs (“Promotion Period”)
- To be eligible for the Lucky Draw, the participant has to make a successful hotel accommodation booking from Daily Deal Steal Section on Go-ibibo Platform during the Promotion Period, the date of stay at the booked hotel accommodation should be before 19th December, 2021 (“Qualifying Transaction”)
- The Participants who have made a Qualifying Transaction during the relevant week of Promotion Period will be automatically enrolled into the Lucky Draw.
- The winners will be decided through a computerized draw of the unique code. After the expiry of every week of Promotional Period, Go-ibibo will select the winner for the Lucky Draw prizes through computerized draw and at the end of every week of Promotional Period winners will be selected as per the below table:
- Value of Voucher for a free 2-night Stay in Goa worth Rs. 4000
- Minimum nights to be booked for utilisation of voucher is 2
- Validity of voucher is 15 days post credit; Vouchers will be credited post 21st December
- Travel date valid for next 30 days post credit
- Travel Agents/ offline agents are not eligible for the Daily Jackpot
- e) Each Participant will be entitled to one chance in the Lucky Draw, regardless of the total transactions and booking amount.
- f) Each winner will be eligible for only one prize under the Lucky Draw.
- Go-Ibibo will endeavour to hold the Lucky Draw and announce the winners within 5 days from the end of each week of the Promotional Period, electronically as advertised, but reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to amend the advertised date and time.
- The winner will be notified via notification and SMS on their phone number registered on profile with Go-ibibo within 7 working days following the completion of the of the Lucky Draw every week during the Promotional Period. The winner will be given booking vouchers to claim the prizes only post completion of stay at the hotel accommodation which was originally booked as a Qualifying Transaction. The winner must claim the prize within 30 days from the date of notification failing which such selected participant will be construed to have forfeited the prize.
- Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and non-cash prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Go-Ibibo accepts no responsibility for any tax or other liability that may arise from the prize winnings. Prizes are subject to availability and Go-Ibibo has the right to substitute any prize for a comparable prize of equal or greater value to be awarded in lieu, subject to any applicable law.
- Winners of the Lucky Draw shall be required to make the payment of applicable taxes including but not limited to any statuary payments as may be applicable towards availing the prize won.
- Go-Ibibo reserves the right, at any time in its sole and absolute discretion, to substitute, withdraw, add to or alter the prizes offered without notice to the participants.
- All decisions by Go-Ibibo, in respect of all matters relating to the Lucky Draw, including the choice of winner shall be final.
- The processing of the participants' personal data shall be for the purposes of facilitating the Lucky Draw, and will be processed by Go-Ibibo in accordance with its Privacy Policy available at https://www.goibibo.com/info/privacy-policy//
- Go-Ibibo reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
- Go-Ibibo shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to force majeure event or reasons beyond the reasonable control of Go-Ibibo.
- In the event of any misuse or abuse of the offer or promotion, Go-Ibibo reserves the right to reject any claim, deny the offer or cancel the booking.
- Go-Ibibo shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of, or in connection with the offer or promotion.
- Disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi.
- In no event the entire liability of Go-Ibibo under this offer shall exceed the prize amount under this promotional /offer.
- All other terms and conditions as listed in the User Agreement and the Privacy Policy available will be applicable to this offer.
