What do you get?

• The customer will receive instant discount and cashback as listed in the table above
• The Offer is valid from 24th - 27th January 2020
• Amazon Pay Cashback can only be availed once per Amazon Pay account across all categories during the offer duration i.e. if a customer has availed the offer on Domestic Flights, then he/she will not be eligible to avail the offer on Domestic Hotels/International Flights/International Hotels/Bus/Rail/Experiences
• Customer must apply the code as per the above table to avail instant discount as well as Amazon Pay Cashback. If the customer doesn't apply the code and ends up making the entire payment through Amazon Pay, then he/she will NOT be eligible for both Instant Discount as well as Amazon Pay Cashback.
• The customer will receive cashback for the amount paid through Amazon Pay
• For Ex: If a customer does a booking from Delhi to Mumbai and it costs him/her INR 2000 after instant discount is applied (Inclusive of ancillaries, insurance, taxes, convenience fees). And does the full payment through Amazon Pay, customer will be eligible for cashback of 5% post application of instant discount (as per Domestic Flights offer )on payment done i.e. cashback of INR 100 into his/her Amazon Pay wallet
• Cashback will processed on similar logic for International Flights, Domestic and International Hotels
• Instant Discount is valid for 1 booking per Goibibo account during the offer duration (Each for Flights, Domestic Hotels, International Hotel)

How do you get it?

• Cashback will be credited to your Amazon Pay account in 3 days
• This offer is valid on payment made through Amazon Pay
• The Offer is valid on from 24th - 27th January 2020 between 0000 hours to 2359 hours
• The offer is valid for bookings made on Goibibo’s Website, mobile site and mobile app (Android & iOS) only
• Instant Discount is valid for 1 booking per Goibibo account during the offer duration (Each for Flights, Domestic Hotels, International Hotel)
• Amazon Cashback will be credited for only 1 booking per Amazon account during the offer duration
• The offer is valid for bookings made on Goibibo's Website, mobile site and mobile app (Android & iOS) only
• Offer is valid on select Domestic and International Hotels

What else do you need to know?

• Cashback in Amazon Pay account will be processed by Amazon
• In case customer doesn't receive cashback within 3 days, please reach out to https://www.amazon.in/gp/help/customer/display.html
• Customer can use gocash & goCash+ balance with Hotels offer
• Customer cannot use gocash & goCash+ balance with Flights & Bus offer
• Instant Discount will not be applicable on multi-city domestic flight bookings.
• Flights and Hotels Offer is not applicable on payments made via the Book Now Pay Later mode

Conditions in case of cancellation

• In case of full/partial cancellation the offer stands void and customer will not be eligible for discounts
• The Customer shall not be entitled to discounts in the event of cancellation of booking. Goibibo will refund the purchase price after deducting the discount amount and any other applicable cancellation charges/penalty

Other Terms & Conditions:

• If the account holder doesn't receive the cashback amount, he/she can claim for the same within 3 months from the booking date. In the event the account holder fails to do so, he/she will not be eligible for the cashback amount
• This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer of Goibibo
• Offer applicable on select hotels and select stay dates
• The discount will be eligible only after the promotion code has been successfully entered before making the payment
• Goibibo reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether
• For any account related claims, the customer shall approach Amazon and Goibibo shall not entertain any such claims
• Goibibo is the sole authority for interpretation of these terms
• Goibibo shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to force majeure event
• In the event of any misuse or abuse of the offer by the customer or travel agent, Goibibo reserves the right to deny the offer or cancel the booking
• In no event the entire liability of Goibibo under this offer shall exceed the amount of promotional discount under this offer
• Goibibo shall not be liable to for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the offer
• Disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi
• User Agreement and Privacy Policy at Goibibo website shall apply
• Customer’s, who are Travel Agents by occupation, are barred from making bookings for their customer’s and Goibibo reserves the right to deny the offer against such bookings or to cancel such bookings. For such cases, Goibibo shall not refund the booking amount.
