SAFETY AND HYGIENE STANDARDS
Cab Providers which confirm adherence with the below mentioned “Safety and Hygiene
Standards” (the “Standards”) are displayed as “goSafe Cabs” by ibibo Group (“GI”).

Driver Training & Preparedness
- Driver to have successfully downloaded and enrolled as a user of “Arogya Setu”
application before the commencement of the trip.
- Driver to immediately display the login screen of the Arogya Setu application upon
receipt of such request from the customer.

Zones
- Driver shall adhere to the all guidelines issued by Government with respect to plying
of Cab Transport Services in selected permitted zones or territory as may be
specified by Government.
- Obtain e-pass for movement between states, cities or any territory as may be
specified by Government.

Terms & Conditions
- “Safety and Hygiene Standards” is a self-certification done by the Cab Provider for the
safety and hygiene standards it follows. The display of a Cab as “goSafe Cabs” is done by
GI at the request of the Cab Provider and upon its confirmation of adherence of the
Standards. Such Cab Providers have voluntarily approached GI for displaying their
compliance with the Standards on GI platform along with the goSafe Cabs classification.
- The responsibility of complying with the Standards will remain solely with the Cab
Provider. GI doesn’t assume any responsibility or liability to ensure that the Cab Provider
is adhering with the Standards.
- The customer shall:
- Wear a mask at all times while utilizing the services.
- Download and enroll as user of “Arogya Setu” application before the
commencement of the trip.
- Comply with applicable laws, regulations and statutes, as well as any advisory,
protocol, SOP or similar guidelines issued by the Government.
- Obtain e-pass for movement between states, cities or any territory as may be
specified by Government.
- If the customer is not satisfied with the Safety and Hygiene Standards maintained by the
Cab Provider and if he believes that the Cab Provider isn’t complying with the Standards,
then the customer should raise a complaint directly with the Cab Provider and seek
redressal from the Cab Provider only. GI will not be liable to compensate the customer
in any of the situations as mentioned above.
- GI has the right to, without any obligation of issuing prior notice to the Cab Provider or
to the customer:
- Remove the goSafe Cabs classification for a Cab Provider or Cab(s) if GI has
reasons to believe that the Cab Provider or any cab(s) doesn’t meet the
Standards in letter and spirit, or at the request of Cab Provider, or at the
discretion of GI without assigning any reasons therefor;
- Change the terms of the Standards to make them best suitable and relevant for
the needs of the customers, or to meet any legal requirements;
- Suspend or cease any such classification of cabs on the basis of the Standards.
- The terms of the User Agreement and the Privacy Policy will continue to apply in
addition to the Standards.
- GI shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental losses incurred by the
customer who have made a booking placing reliance on the classification of “goSafe
Cabs”. As explained above, the recourse of the customer will lie only with the Cab
Provider.
- GI shall not be liable for any loss or damage due to any force majeure events or reasons
beyond the reasonable control of GI.
- GI will not be liable for any refund if the customer is denied boarding by the Cab
Provider due to high temperature or absence of mask.
- GI reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason
whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary any or all of these terms and conditions
or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another guidelines, whether similar to this
offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
- The maximum liability of GI in any situation whatsoever will be limited to refunding the
booking amount as paid by the customer.
- Any disputes on these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in
New Delhi.
