A very good place to stay. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Rooms are very good, adequately spacious, clean sheets and linen. Hot water available(at this time it was 10 degrees in delhi). Breakfast was also decent. Would come back again.

A very peaceful & enjoyable stay. The room & bathroom is very clean & with attached balcony. Got bike in rent from the owner who is an amazing person, very polite. Propertie does not have a restaurant, though its not a big deal as its located at a very good location close to restaurants,shops. Calangute beach is hardly 15 mins. Only thing i felt is that the bathroom can be a bit bigger. Overall a great stay & lots of thanks to the owner couple, they are really very helpful.

It was my second stay at grand vatika goa because I had a amazing experience on my first stay. Same experience I had on my this stay as well. Well trained staff with smiling faces all around. Property ambience is so good that you feel to stay as long as you can. Peaceful environment around the property gives you perfect relaxation during the stay. Receptionist Mr Vipin was a very good person and had good communication skills. Moreover I suggest everyone to atleast stay at grand vatika for once and experience the beautiful property with such great services. nice

The staff was very co-operative, the service was quick. Tushar at the reception does a fantastic job for all your needs. The property is just awesome, everything works well, enjoyed in the pool as well with some booze. One of the best property in the town. Go for it you are going to have an amazing experience Silence, not much crowded. Peaceful no disturbance at all. Even a month ago my brother and his Girlfriend was at the same property so he recommended it to me. So that was just fabulous.
