  • At goStays, A guarantee is provided for:

  • What is Money Back Guarantee (MBG)?

      We help in those rare scenarios where you experience any discomfort with our endorsed promises. We help in making your stay a happy experience.

  • About the MBG campaign
    • Goibibo is launching a campaign where it would offer goStays starting from INR 799/- with MBG, subject to terms and conditions.
    • goStays are a group of hotels which provide great stay experiences to our customers. At goStays, Goibibo basis representation by the respective hotel, the MBG claims can be made subject to availability of the amenities.
    • The MBG can be availed only on goStays hotels with the goStays logo
    • In case you have a genuine issue with your stay, with respect to the above mentioned services, you can raise a claim.
    • Minimum 3 images need to be uploaded to highlight the issues faced at the hotel.
  • What happens after my claim is submitted?
    • Upon receipt of claim, Goibibo Customer Service Agent will verify the details and authenticity of the claim. .
    • Our Customer Service Agent may get in touch with you in case additional information, proof or clarity is needed with respect to the claim.
    • You will receive a communication about approval/rejection of the claim within 48 Hours of its receipt.
    • Once approved, 100% of the Final Transaction Amount will be refunded as ‘goCash Plus’ in your Goibibo account
    • Final Transaction Amount is the All Inclusive Price paid by the customer on the Goibibo platform (excluding Coupons, offers by Goibibo, wallet money, and/or any other Partner offers).
  • Grounds for Rejection

      Goibibo reserves the right to deny Money Back Guarantee in the following situations:

    • Customer did not register for Money Back Guarantee before 8 p.m. on the day of checkout
    • A minimum of 3 images were not shared for the issue faced at the hotel.
    • Customer did not respond to requests for additional information, proof or clarity as may be required.
  • Please Note
    • Money Back Guarantee (MGB) is valid only for the impacted day of stay
    • Money Back Guarantee (MGB) is not applicable on Cancelled Transactions
    • For Pay At Hotel Transactions, Money Back Guarantee is not applicable
    • By registering your claim, you authorize Goibibo to contact you via any means of communication.
    • Goibibo in its sole discretion may reject any claim in case of abuse/misuse of the campaign or if the claim is not eligible under the campaign.
  • Other Legal Terms
    • The Money Back Guarantee campaign is at the sole discretion of Goibibo.
    • .Goibibo at its sole discretion may choose to discontinue the MBG campaign without prior intimation.
    • No exceptions to the rules mentioned above shall be entertained.
    • Goibibo reserves the right, at any time in its sole and absolute discretion, to substitute, withdraw, add or alter any of the guaranteed services under the campaign.
    • The goCash Plus received under this Campaign may be utilised for future booking on Goibibo Platform in accordance with the terms and conditions regulating the usage of goCash Plus.
    • The goCash Plus received is not transferable or exchangeable and non-cash prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.
    • The goCash Plus will only be credit to the Goibibo account of the person whose Goibibo’s account is used for booking the Go stay.
    • Goibibo is the sole authority for interpretation of these terms.
    • The MBG campaign is not applicable in a force majeure condition.
    • In the event of any misuse or abuse of the campaign by a customer, Goibibo reserves the right take requisite action and peruse available recourse.
    • The MBG campaign is not applicable for the travel agents.
    • Disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with this MBG Campaign shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi.
    • For the bookings made under the MBG campaign, User Agreement and Privacy Policy at Goibibo website shall apply.
    • Goibibo reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this campaign by another campaign, whether similar to this Campaign or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
    • The decision of Goibibo for any dispute under the MBG Campaign shall be final and binding.
