Bus
- The Customer will get instant Discount as per the details mentioned in the table.
- Maximum discount that can be availed is Rs 150.
- Instant Discount is applied on Base Fare (Pre-Tax Amount).
- The offer will not be applicable on Government buses (RTCs).
- Offer is applicable on select bus operators only.
- Offer is applicable for logged in users only.
- Offer is applicable once per user.
- In case of no show, no refund would be applicable.
- To avail the offer on bus, customer must enter E-Coupon as per aforementioned table in the E-Coupon field.
- The discount will be eligible only after the promotion code has been successfully entered before making the payment.
- The offer is valid for bookings made on Goibibo's website, Mobile site, Android & iOS App.
What do you get?
- If the customer doesn't receive the discount, he/she must raise the claim at https://support.Goibibo.com/MyAccount/MyIncidents/NewComplaintwithin 3 months from the booking date. In the event the cardholder fails to do so, he/she will not be eligible for the discount amount.
- This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer of Goibibo
- Goibibo reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
- Goibibo shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to force majeure event
- In the event of any misuse or abuse of the offer by the customer or travel agent, Goibibo reserves the right to deny the offer or cancel the booking.
- In no event will the entire liability of Goibibo under this offer exceed the amount of promotional discount under this offer
- Goibibo shall not be liable to for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the offer.
- Disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi.
- User Agreement and Privacy Policy of the Goibibo website will apply
- Customers who are travel agents by occupation are barred from making bookings for their customers and Goibibo reserves the right to deny the offer against such bookings or to cancel such bookings. For such cases, Goibibo shall not refund the booking amount.

Outstation Cabs
- To avail the, the customer must enter the unique E-Coupon code received in the E-Coupon field.
- The cab will be upgraded subject to inventory available on selected route and on selected date and time of travel. If the inventory is available, we will upgrade to the next higher available car type if the differential amount between current cab selection and upgraded cab is within INR 1,500.
- In case the differential amount between current cab selection and upgraded cab is not within Rs 1,500, we will offer instant discount on booking up to INR 200.
- In case inventory is not available on selected route and on selected date and time of travel, we will offer instant discount on booking up to INR 200.
- We will try to match, but cannot promise, the original specifications selected if the differential amount between current cab selection and upgraded cab is within INR 1,500. Please check final specifications of the upgraded cab before proceeding with the booking.
- The offer code can be used only once.
- The offer code cannot be clubbed with any other discount offer.

Hourly Rentals
- In order to avail the discount, customer must enter correct coupon code shown above at the time of booking.
- The offer is valid only for Hourly Rental Cab bookings.
- No restrictions on travel date.
- Click on the ‘Cabs’ tab on the app home screen.
- Select the ‘Hourly Rentals’ tab.
- Enter the pickup city name & pickup date and time (where & when you require the Hourly Rental Cab).
- Choose the Hourly rentals package, varying from 4 hours to 12 hours.
- Click on ‘Search’ to book
- The number of hours you choose in the package is the minimum amount you have to pay.
- Additional charges will be added over and above your chosen package for every additional kilometres & minutes.
- Parking charges, tolls & taxes are not included in the package and have to be paid over and above.
- Parking charges have to be paid to the driver in cash.
- Rentals can be used for travels within specified city limits only.
