Conditions in case of cancellation

• In cases of refund, the amount shall be credited after the applicable deductions of cancellation, penal charges, discounts, awarded cashback voucher, if any.
• If there is any rescheduling or cancellation, customer has to bear the fare difference (regardless of whether the component is in the base fare or in tax + surcharge) and other rescheduling/cancellation fees.

PayPal Cashback T&C

• Offer valid for PayPal India account holders.
• Offer is only valid in the geographical locations where the Merchant is allowed to operate under Applicable Laws.
• PayPal will send cashback award email to all eligible users.
• The cashback will be in the form a discount cash voucher which can redeemed for your next PayPal transaction.
• In cases of refund, the amount shall be credited after the applicable deductions of cancellation, penal charges, discounts, awarded cashback voucher, if any. PayPal will send cashback award email to all eligible users.
• The cashback voucher will be valid for 60 days from the date of receipt of email. Check email for actual expiry date of cashback.
• Check your cashback voucher amount on www.paypal.com/myaccount/wallet. In case you have a business account with PayPal, you'll need to download the PayPal app, login and check 'Offers' section in the bottom part of the app homepage to find your cashback voucher.
• This offer cannot be combined with any other offer/voucher/discount on merchant.
• This offer is valid only for users coming directly to the merchant website / app and not via any other partner site.
• Under no circumstances will you be entitled to withdraw the eligible cashback voucher amount into your bank account or otherwise ask for a cash withdrawal. The cashback amount will be applied as a discount for your eligible purchases. The amount cannot be credited into any pre-paid instrument issued under applicable RBI laws.
• The cashback voucher can be redeemed during a PayPal transaction where there is an integration between the merchant’s checkout flow and PayPal back-end platform which holds all the logic to redeem PayPal offers.
• PayPal reserves the right to employ reasonable technological and other methods to prevent abuse of the Offer terms. Further, you acknowledge that PayPal’s decision to take certain actions, including limiting access to your offer, placing holds or imposing reserves, may be based on confidential criteria that is essential to our management of risk, the security of users’ accounts, comply with applicable laws and the otherwise protect the PayPal system. You agree that PayPal is under no obligation to disclose the details of its risk management or its security procedures to You. Transactions processed through Virtual Cards will not be eligible for this cashback. If your order is cancelled by the payer / refunded by the merchant, PayPal cashback that has been awarded to your PayPal account will be withdrawn. In case of cancellations/ refunds where awarded cashback is used, 100% cashback will be refunded if the offer period is still valid. For partial cancellations, refund will be processed as per PayPal policies. In cases of fraudulent/suspicious transactions, PayPal solely reserves the right to revoke the cashback offer / not award the cashback at all.

Goibibo Terms of the Offer:

• This offer is NOT applicable on NRE/NRO Debit Cards and Corporate Credit cards
• If the Cardholder doesn't receive the cashback amount, he/she can claim for the same within 3 months from the booking date. In the event the Cardholder fails to do so, he/she will not be eligible for the cashback amount
• This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer of Goibibo
• Offer valid on Domestic Hotel Bookings made on Pre-Pay / Book Now mode
• In case of no show, no refund would be applicable.
• The discount will be eligible only after the promotion code has been successfully entered before making the payment
• Goibibo reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether
• For any card related claims, the customer shall approach the Bank and Goibibo shall not entertain any such claims
• Goibibo is the sole authority for interpretation of these terms
• Goibibo shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to force majeure event
• In the event of any misuse or abuse of the offer by the customer or travel agent, Goibibo reserves the right to deny the offer or cancel the booking
• In no event the entire liability of Goibibo under this offer shall exceed the amount of promotional discount under this offer
• Goibibo shall not be liable to for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the offer
• Disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi
• User Agreement and Privacy Policy at Goibibo Website shall apply
• Customer’s, who are Travel Agents by occupation, are barred from making bookings for their customer’s and Goibibo reserves the right to deny the offer against such bookings or to cancel such bookings. For such cases, Goibibo shall not refund the booking amount.
