- During the offer period, cardholder will be eligible for 5X Reward Points up to a maximum of 10,000 reward points on domestic and international flight bookings worth INR 5000 or more done on Goibibo.

How do you get it?
- This offer is valid on HSBC Bank Credit Cards (excluding corporate credit cards and cashback credit cards)
- The offer is valid from 23rd March 2022 to 30th June 2022 (offer period) between 0000 hours to 2359 hours.
- The offer is valid for flight bookings made on Goibibo Website, mobile site and mobile app (Android & iOS) only.
- Offer will be valid twice per card during the offer period.
- Maximum reward points are capped at 10000 (for the entire offer duration). If a customer makes two flight bookings during the offer period on Goibibo, and for first flight booking, she/he gets 8,000 reward points; for the next flight booking on Goibibo (during the offer period), maximum reward points will be capped at 2000.

What else do you need to know?
- This offer is valid on domestic and International flight bookings only.
- This offer is also valid on HSBC Credit Card EMI payments.
- Offer is not applicable on payments made through Cashback Credit Card, net banking, debit cards, commercial and Corporate Cards issued by HSBC, 3rd party wallets, Pay Pal and Gift Cards.
- The regular reward points for eligible transactions will be credited to the credit card account after the transaction is posted on HSBC systems. The additional reward points will be credited 90 days post the transaction effective date.

Conditions in case of cancellation
- In case of partial/full cancellation the offer stands void and customer will not be eligible for the offer.
- If the Customer cancels the travel service purchase, Goibibo will deduct cancellation charges from the refund amount.
- If there is any rescheduling or cancellation, customer has to bear the fare difference (regardless of whether the component is in the base fare or in tax + surcharge) and other rescheduling/cancellation fees.

Other Terms & Conditions:
- Goibibo reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
- For any card related claims, the customer shall approach the Bank and Goibibo shall not entertain any such claims.
- Goibibo is the sole authority for interpretation of these terms.
- Goibibo shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to force majeure event.
- In the event of any misuse or abuse of the offer by the customer or travel agent, Goibibo reserves the right to deny the offer or cancel the booking.
- In no event the entire liability of Goibibo under this offer shall exceed the amount of promotional discount under this offer.
- Goibibo shall not be liable to for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the offer.
- Disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi.
- User Agreement and Privacy Policy at Goibibo website shall apply.
- Customer’s, who are Travel Agents by occupation, are barred from making bookings for their customer’s and Goibibo reserves the right to deny the offer against such bookings or to cancel such bookings. For such cases, Goibibo shall not refund the booking amount.

HSBC Offer Terms and Condition:
- The Offer is brought to you by The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, India ("HSBC") and Goibibo (India) Private Limited ("Goibibo "), and any participation in the said Offer is voluntary.
- During the Offer Period cardholders can avail the Offer using their valid HSBC Credit Card ('Card').
- This Offer is applicable to existing and new resident HSBC Credit Cardholders, excluding corporate cardholders and cashback credit cardholders (hereinafter referred to as 'Cardholders'). Credit Cardholders who have not repaid their minimum payment due mentioned on the credit card statement, will not be eligible for the Offer.
- Add-on Cardholders will be separately and additionally eligible for the Offer.
- The regular reward points for eligible transactions will be credited to the credit card account after the transaction is posted on HSBC systems. The additional reward points will be credited 75 days post the transaction effective date
- The regular feature of reward points will remain unchanged. For instance, if the Cardholder is eligible for 3X reward points on Smart Value Credit Card, Cardholder will get regular reward points under the feature in addition to the extra reward points under this Offer.
- Customers who are Travel Agents by occupation, are barred from making bookings for their customers and HSBC reserves the right to deny the Offer against such bookings. For such cases, HSBC will not reverse the Offer benefit if posted erroneously.
- All decisions with respect to the Offer shall be at the sole discretion of HSBC and the same shall be final, binding and non-contestable. Other than the specific entitlements available to the Cardholder under the Offer, any other claims with regards to the Offer against HSBC are deemed waived.
- HSBC does not make any warranties or representation about the quality, merchantability, suitability or availability of the services Offered under this Offer. Any dispute regarding these must be addressed in writing, by the customer, directly with Goibibo.
- HSBC will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, as a result of participating in the Offer.
- Prior to availing the Offer by making any purchases on Goibibo website and/or mobile application, the Cardholder should refer, read, understand, accept and agree to the user agreement and Terms and Conditions of the said website and mobile application, and proceed only if the Cardholder agrees to abide by the same. The Cardholder might be required to give personal information and other details online. The Cardholder should read and understand the privacy policy of the website and mobile application, prior to providing any such information. Any disclosure of information made by the Cardholder towards availing of or fulfilment of the Offer is at the sole discretion of the Cardholder and HSBC will not be responsible for the same. Merchants may use the personal information shared by the customer for any other purpose (like marketing, etc.) and HSBC shall not be held liable for such usage of personal information.
- Appropriate offer will be applied only on using valid Cards on purchases made on Goibibo website the mobile website or mobile application during the promotion period for the minimum Net Transaction Value as per the Offer.
- The Net Transaction Value is the total purchase value arrived at before availing discount under this Offer.
- HSBC and/or Goibibo reserve the right to cancel an order in case of any fraudulent activity including creating duplicate accounts, aliasing, placing multiple orders or violating the Terms and Conditions. Upon cancellation, the order will not be reinstated. HSBC shall not be liable for any refunds or compensation in case of said cancellations by Goibibo.
- Offer benefit of 5x reward points up to 10000 reward points will not be settled in cash under any circumstances whatsoever.
- Any defects, deficiency, claims, issues, damages or losses arising with respect to the product/services shall be the sole responsibility and liability of the manufacturer/seller or the service provider and HSBC will not be responsible for the same.
- The Offer is valid in India for adults of a sound mind only.
- This Offer shall be subjected to all applicable central/or state laws, rules and regulations.
- This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000, and the rules there under as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.
- HSBC reserve the right to add, alter, modify, change or vary all or any of these Terms and Conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer with another, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to withdraw it completely at any point in time at its sole discretion.
