What do you get?

• The customer will get instant discounts on Domestic Flights, International Flights, Domestic Hotels, International Hotels, Buses, Trains, Cabs and Experiences as per the details mentioned in the table above.
• For Flights, the discount will be calculated on the booking amount (excluding the convenience fee and the cost of any ancillaries purchased, e.g. meals, insurance).
• For Hotels, the discount will be calculated on hotel’s base price (pre-tax price).

How do you get it?

• The offer is applicable on payments made through ICICI Bank Credit Cards and EMI transactions.
• The offer is valid Tuesday and Friday on all bookings made between 0000 hrs to 2359 hrs, starting from 10th December 2019 till 13th December 2019
• The offer is valid for bookings made on Goibibo‘s website and mobile app (Android & iOS app only).
• The offer is valid for 1 booking per card per Goibibo account (Each for Flights, Domestic Hotels, International Hotel, Buses, Cabs, Trains & Experiences).
• There is no restriction on the travel dates under these offers.

What else do you need to know?

• In case of full/partial cancellation, the offer stands void, and the customer will not be eligible for the discounts.
• The customer shall not be entitled to the discount in the event of a cancelled booking. Goibibo will refund the purchase price after deducting the discount amount and any other applicable cancellation charges/penalty..
• The offers on Domestic & International Hotels are applicable on select hotels only..
• The customer cannot use goCash & goCash+ wallet balance with any of these offers.
• The offer will be applicable on the booking amount, exclusive of convenience fees, insurance cost, zero-cancellation protection charges, taxes and cost of other ancillaries.

Conditions in case of cancellation

• In case of full/partial cancellation, the offer stands void and customer will not be eligible for the offer.
• The Customer shall not be entitled to cashback in the event of cancellation of the booking. Goibibo will refund the purchase price after deducting the cashback amount and any other applicable cancellation charges/penalty.

Other Terms & Conditions:

• This offer cannot be clubbed with any other Goibibo offer.
• Goibibo reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
• The offer is not valid for ‘Reserve Now Pay Later’ bookings.
• For any card related claims, the customer needs to approach the bank. Goibibo shall not entertain any such claims.
• Goibibo shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to a force majeure event.
• Customers who are travel agents by occupation, are barred from making bookings for their customers, and Goibibo reserves the right to deny the offer against such bookings and to cancel such bookings. For such cases, Goibibo will not refund the booking amount.
• In no event, the entire liability of Goibibo under this offer shall exceed the amount of promotional discount under this offer.
• Goibibo shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection to the offer.
• Disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection to this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi.
• Customers who fail to enter the promo code or use the wrong promo code shall not be eligible to avail the offer. The bank shall in no way be liable in the event that the customer fails to enter the coupon code or uses the wrong coupon code, resulting in the customer becoming ineligible to avail the offer.
• The bank holds out no warranty and makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services offered by Goibibo. Any issue or dispute or claim regarding the goods and services must be resolved by the customer directly with Goibibo, without any reference to the bank.
• The bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/damage/claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods and services availed by the customer under the offer.
• The bank and Goibibo reserve the right to disqualify any customer from the benefits of the offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the offer, or otherwise by use of the card.
• The bank and Goibibo reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of the offer, including, extending, withdrawing or discontinuing the same without prior notice.
• Participation in this offer is voluntary. Any person availing this offer shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
• Customers are advised to read and understand the terms and conditions of Goibibo, before availing the benefits of the offer. The bank merely facilitates its customers to avail the benefits of the offer, and is in no way concerned with, or connected to, the terms and conditions of Goibibo.
• User Agreement and Privacy Policy at Goibibo website shall apply
• The decision of the Bank and Goibibo in all matters, in connection to and incidental to this offer is final and, shall be binding on all persons.
• The Customers agree to be bound by the terms & conditions contained herein. Without a Customer being required to do any further act, he/she shall be deemed to have read, understood and unconditionally accepted the terms & conditions herein
