  • The goCash+ balance in your wallet and its expiry shall remain unaffected & can be used for other bookings.
• I am close to my next tier, will I get to upgrade to the next level and unlock the benefits?
  • Tier upgrades are allowed for travel completed till 31st July 2020
• What are the unused loyalty benefits?
  • Unused loyalty benefits are benefits like free meals, free seats and free cancellation on hotel bookings. You can view your redemption status under 'goCash+ -> Rewards' and claim the unused benefits before 31st July.
• What happens to my unused benefits?
  • Unused loyalty benefits can be used till 31st July 2020.
• Will I be auto-enrolled in the new program?
  • We will soon share the enrolment criteria for the new program with you.
