• For any card related claims/issues, the customer shall approach their respective "Issuing Bank". Goibibo shall not entertain any such claims where the card wasn't accepted or the card was showing invalid
• The Customer shall not be entitled for discount in the event of cancellation of booking. If the Customer cancels the ticket, Goibibo will refund the purchase price after deducting the discount amount and any other applicable cancellation charges/penalty. For example, if a Customer has paid INR. 10,000/- (price quoted by Goibibo) for a travel service and a discount of INR. 600 has been given to the Customer, the net amount paid by the Customer is INR. 9,400. Thus, if the Customer cancels the booking, Goibibo will deduct the cancellation charge/penalty as applicable from INR. 9,400/- and the balance amount will be credited to the Customer's account
• In the event of rescheduling, the Customer shall bear the fare difference (regardless of whether the component is in the base fare or in tax + surcharge) and other applicable rescheduling fees
• User Agreement and Privacy Policy at Goibibo website shall apply
• Customers, who are Travel Agents by occupation, are barred from making bookings for their customers and Goibibo reserves the right to deny the Offer against such bookings and to cancel such bookings. For such cases, Goibibo will not refund the booking amount
• Customer needs to enter the appropriate Deal Code at the time of payment to be eligible for the cashback/instant discount offer, as applicable. In case the customer enters the incorrect deal code or forgets to mention the code, he/she will not be eligible for the cashback /instant discount
• Goibibo will be entitled to reject any claim in case there is any abuse/misuse of the Offer by the Customer or the claim is not eligible under the offer
• Goibibo reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether
• In no event, the entire liability of Goibibo to a Customer, entitled under the said Offer, for any dispute arising in connection with this Offer, shall exceed the discount amount
• The T&Cs of this Offer shall be governed by the laws of India. Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals in New Delhi only
• Any disputes regarding delivery, service, suitability, merchantability, availability or quality of the Offer and/or products/services under the Offer must be addressed in writing, by the Customers directly to Goibibo
• The Offer is valid only if the Customer's card account continues to be in good standing and payment continues to reach the respective bank before the payment due date
• If the Offer and/or anything to be done by Goibibo in respect of the Offer is prevented or delayed by causes, circumstances or events beyond the control of Goibibo, including but not limited to computer viruses, tampering, unauthorised intervention, interception, fraud, technical failures, floods, fires, accidents, earthquakes, riots, explosions, wars, hostilities, acts of government or other causes of like or similar or other character beyond the control of Goibibo shall not be liable for the same to the extent so prevented or delayed, and will not be liable for any consequences
• All of Goibibo's actions shall be on a best-efforts basis only
• The Customers agree to be bound by the terms & conditions contained herein. Without a Customer being required to do any further act, he/she shall be deemed to have read, understood and unconditionally accepted the terms & conditions herein

Other Terms & Conditions:

• This contest is being officially held by Ibibo Group Pvt. Ltd. and is open for a period of 44 days, starting 23rd March'19 Midnight till 5th May'19 Midnight.
• A total of 60 tickets are available to be won per match under all the categories.
• The tickets are for the general category
• An entry shall be considered eligible only if it includes the valid details of the participant’s like registered profile on goibibo.
• Ibibo reserves the right to disqualify any entry, for any reason, in its sole discretion. Decision of Ibibo will be final and no objections relating to eligibility of the content, the result of the contest or any matter whatsoever, relating to the contest, shall be entertained by Ibibo.
• The winners will be contacted on the mobile number, and/ or SMS provided by them. Ibibo shall not be responsible if the winner could not be contacted.
• In case a winner does not respond within the prescribed time limit of 2 days from the disclosure of results, then his/ her opportunity to claim the prize shall stand forfeited and an alternate winner will be chosen.
• Booking of any flight ticket/hotel room irrespective of the value or category is a condition precedent to participate in the Contest.
• Prizes won cannot be exchanged, transferred or substituted. The prizes cannot be changed or redeemed for cash.
• Mere participation should not be perceived as any commitment on the part of the Ibibo to facilitate the gratification. Nothing herein amounts to a commitment by Ibibo to conduct further, similar or other offers in future.
• Participants entering the Competition are deemed to accept the Terms and Conditions.
• The contest is valid only in India for persons above 18 years of age.
• Employees of Ibibo, and their family members are not eligible for this contest.
• By entering the Contest, the participant releases Ibibo from and against all claims and damages arising from or in connection with his/her participation in the Contest.
• Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
• Each winner grants (and agrees to confirm this grant in writing, if requested) permission to Ibibo and those acting under its authority to use his/her name, photograph, personal information (collectively, “Winner Informations”) for advertising and/or publicity purposes in any and all media now known or hereinafter invented or developed without territorial and without additional compensation, notification or permission.
• THE RESIDENTS OF THE STATE OF TAMIL NADU [AS PER TAMIL NADU PRIZE SCHEME (PROHIBITION) ACT 1979] AND WHEREVER ELSE PROHIBITED BY LAW, SHALL NOT BE ENTITLED TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS CONTEST.
