What else do you need to know?
- For domestic hotels, discount to be calculated on hotel basic price (pre-tax price)
- Offer is valid on select hotels.
- Mobikwik Cashback will be auto-credited to customer’s MobiKwik wallet within 24 hours
- Offer is not applicable on payments made through Goibibo Wallet, other wallets, Gift card and net banking payments
- Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer running on the Goibibo platform

Conditions in case of cancellation
- In case of partial/full cancellation the offer stands void and customer will not be eligible for the discount and cashback.
- If the Customer cancels the travel service purchase after the discount amount is availed, Goibibo will deduct the discount amount from the refund and cancellation charges shall apply
- If there is any rescheduling or cancellation, customer has to bear the fare difference (regardless of whether the component is in the base fare or in tax + surcharge) and other rescheduling/cancellation fees.
- Cashback will be cancelled in case of full refunds or cancellation of orders.

- Cashbacks offered to eligible users will be in the form of Mobikwik Wallet cashback
- For any cashback related query, user should reach out to Mobikwik, Goibibo will not be responsible to get the same resolved.
- Both MobiKwik & Goibibo reserve the right to discontinue the offer without any prior notice
- Goibibo shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to force majeure event
- Customers, who are Travel Agents by occupation, are barred from making bookings for their customers and Goibibo reserves the right to deny the Offer against such bookings and to cancel such bookings. For such cases, Goibibo will not refund the booking amount
- In no event the entire liability of Goibibo under this offer shall exceed the amount of promotional discount under this offer
- Goibibo shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the offer
- Disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with this offer shall be subjected to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi
- Customers who fails to enter the promo code or uses the wrong promo code shall not be eligible to avail the Offer. Payment Partner shall, in no way, be liable in the event the Customer fails to enter the coupon code or uses the wrong coupon code resulting in Customer becoming ineligible to avail the Offer.
