- If you do not receive the gocash, upload the receipt of your stay at http://www.goibibo.com/support/ and we will process the goCash after verifying your stay.
- No limit on no. of transactions during the Offer period.
- The Cashback is applicable only for customers, above 18 years of age ("Customers").
- Cashback is intended only for end users, and is not applicable to travel agents. If so determined, then Goibibo reserves the right to cancel the booking and after adjustment of cancellation charges and prior [abused] amount (if any) refund the balance amount.
- In case of no show, no refund would be applicable.

goCash usage conditions:
- goCash credited to the account of the Customer can be used in subsequent transaction at www.goibibo.com.
- The goCash earned through this Cashback is promotional goCash with a validity of 90 days.
- For discounts to be valid, the full booking amount cannot be paid through only GoCash.
- If the Customer fails to use the promotional GoCash within the specified 90 days, such promotional GoCash shall expire and Customer shall have no rights or claims thereof.
- goCash can be used for bookings made via desktop and mobile app only
- If Customers are using the registered email id for booking, goCash will be credited to the same account.
- If you have not registered your email id, goCash will be credited to that email id used for booking. You need to sign up with that email id.
