- The customer is not entitled to get any refund in case of his/her inability to check-in.

What else do you need to know
- Offer is not valid on payments made directly at hotel, through PayPal account, Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Bookings where "Book now Pay Later" option is selected, and INR 1 has been paid for reservation, will not be eligible for the additional cashback offer

Conditions in case of cancellation
- In case of part/full cancellation the offer stands void and customer will not be eligible for cashback
- If the Customer cancels the travel service purchase after the cashback amount is credited, goibibo will deduct the cashback amount from the refund and cancellation charges shall apply

- This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer of goibibo
