How do I join the ₹1 Deal program?
- Open the Goibibo App
- Click on the "Experiences" icon on the top
- Select any of the cities where ₹1 Deal is available.
- Click on "Join for Free" button on the ₹1 Deal pop-up or "Join for Free" link on the card above Categories section
In which all cities the ₹1 Deal is available?
- The cities are Bangalore, Gurgaon, Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad, Greater Noida, Faridabad, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune, Kolkata, Jaipur, Goa, Lucknow, Ludhiana, Ahmedabad, Chandigarh, Mysore, Shirdi, Sonipat, Amritsar, Udaipur, Visakhapatnam, Thiruvananthapuram, Bhubaneswar, Agra, Kochi, Surat, Lonavala and Mussoorie.
- This list may change with different deal days.
Do I have to pay anything to join or participate in the ₹1 Deal program?
- No, the participation is completely free
Do I need to join Rs 1 deal every week or is this a one-time registration?
- There is only 1-time registration to the entire Rs 1 deal program. Once you have done that, you are eligible to win products at Rs 1 on any of the deals in future.
How do I know the schedule of the ₹1 Deal?
- To check the exact date and time of the next deal visit the Experiences Home page of the Goibibo App
What is a Deal Day?
- ₹1 Deal is run on different days, every week. Each day on which deal is run is known as Deal Day. For example, if the deal went live on 29th July and 5th August then 29th July and 5th Aug are referred as Deal Days here.
What if I miss to particpate in the the ₹1 Deal on a particular date?
- Don't worry, you can always participate in the next deal. The ₹1 Deal runs every week. Keep checking the schedule on the Goibibo App.
How to win a deal?
- Join for Free: User needs to join the ₹1 Deal program. User can open the Goibibo App, click on the "Experiences" icon on the top and click on "Join for Free" to join the program.
- Pick your favourite Experiences: User should open the Goibibo App when deal is live. User needs to pick all his/her favourite experiences by clicking on "I want this deal at ₹1" on the description page of the experiences.
- Claim the deal: Result is declared after the deal is over. User can visit the Experiences page to know if they won the experiences they picked. They can then buy it within next 12 hours.
- Users with photo and name has higher chances of winning.
- The deals are available in limited cities.
- Also, it is recommended to have the latest Goibibo App to get maximum benefit.
Why am I not able to pick an experience?
- You can pick only those experiences which are part of the ₹1 Deal program.
- Pick your favourite Experiences: User should open the Goibibo App when deal is live. User needs to pick all his/her favourite experiences by clicking on "I want this deal at ₹1" on the description page of the experiences.
- An experience can be picked only when the deal is live or after the deal on the particular experience unlocks. Deal unlock timer is provided on the description page of all the experiences which are part of the ₹1 Deal program.
What if I participated but did not win?
- All ₹1 Deal participants gets a special discount coupon code
- The coupon code is valid for 24 hours only
- The code can be applied only once by a user
- The code can be used to buy any Experience irrespective of whether it was part of Rs 1 deal program or not
- A user is considered to be a participant of a deal day if he/she picks at least one experience on that day of the ₹1 Deal program
- TOnce a user joins ₹1 Deal program, he/she is considered enrolled for all the Deal Days however the participation is specific to a deal day
- Also, it is recommended to have the latest Goibibo App to get maximum benefit.
Where do I find the special discount coupon code for participating in ₹1 Deal?
- Participant can find the special discount coupon code on the "₹1 Deal Winners" page. Remember, The coupon code is specific to a deal day and expires within 24 hours of the result declaration.
What if I miss to buy the Experience I won in ₹1 Deal within 24 hours?
- If a winner misses to buy the experience, which he/she has won, within 24 hours of the result declaration, the deal on the experience expires. It can not be claimed or bought post that.
Can I cancel an experience that I won in Rs 1 deal?
- No, all Rs 1 deal products are completely non-refundable. Please note that lucky deal winners only pay Rs 1 for claiming it.
Where can I find the winners list?
- You can find the list of winners of that deal day on the "₹1 Deal Winners" page
I am able to see the ₹1 Deal products but do not see "I want this deal at Rs 1" on experiences detail page
- You may have an older version of Goibibo App, please update it to the latest version. The deal is available on version 6.4 & above for Android App and on version 7.0.3 & above for iOS App.
Can I win multiple experiences in ₹1 Deal?
- A user can win multiple experiences under ₹1 Deal program however he/she can win only one experience on a particular deal day.
I am not able to apply the voucher code that I got for participating in Rs 1 deal
- The voucher code sometimes take time to get activated. Please try after few hours.
Terms & Conditions
- Ibibio Group Pvt. Ltd. (hereinafter referred as Goibibo) is introducing Deal Program, wherein the any user of Goibibo Platform (“User”) may participate in a Lucky Draw to win an opportunity to reserve the designated service (Listed in Experiences Section on Goibibo Platform) at a promotional price of INR 1 (Rupee One only).
- ‘Goibibo Platform’ means the website(s) and mobile application(s) owned or operated by Goibibo.
- The Deal Program will commence from 1st August,2019 till 31 Oct,2019. (“Term”).
- The Lucky Draw will be run every week on Thursday from 4PM till 9 PM during the Term of the Deal Program. The above schedule may change at Goibibo’s discretion.
- This Deal Program is applicable for latest version of Goibibo's Android and iOS mobile applications only.
- This Deal Program is not valid for Goibibo's applications on Windows phone and BlackBerry platforms.
- The User photograph should be uploaded and User name should be updated in the profile section of the User account existing on Goibibo Platform.
- The User should be a citizen of India, above 18 years and of a sound mind.
- Selected services listed in Experiences Section on Goibibo Platform will be displayed with the relevant tag on every Thursday between 4 pm to 9 pm under the Deal Program.
- The User is required to express their interest in designated service(s) listed in Experiences Section on Goibibo Platform.
- The results of the Lucky Draw will be announced in Experiences Section on Goibibo Platform within 2 hrs of deal getting over.
- Participation in the Lucky Draw is voluntary and offers a chance to win.
- The winner of the Lucky Draw will be selected by a random computer draw.
- The User which is announced as winner in the Lucky Draw needs to reserve the designated services under the Deal Program within 24 hours of announcing the results of the Lucky Draw was made on the Goibibo Platform.
- Any reservation made pursuant to the deal will be non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Only Users having a registered address (as confirmed by a document issued by the Government of India) of Mumbai/ Bangalore/ Gurgaon/ Delhi/ Noida/ Greater Noida/ Hyderabad or Pune are solely eligible to participate in the Lucky Draw.
- By Participating in the lucky draw, the User hereby declares that he/she is not a resident of Tamil Nadu.
- Users, who are Travel Agents by occupation, are barred from participating in Lucky Draw. Goibibo reserves the right to deny the deal against such bookings and to cancel such bookings.
- Any disputes regarding delivery, suitability, merchantability, availability or quality of the service under the Deal Program must be addressed by the User to actual service provider.
- The terms listed in the User Agreement and the Privacy Policy available on the Goibibo Platform will apply.
- Goibibo reserves the right, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions of the Deal Program at any time or to withdraw it altogether.
- Goibibo will be entitled to cancel any reservation in case there is any abuse/misuse by the User.
- The Deal Program shall be governed by the laws of India.
- Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals in New Delhi only.
- Goibibo shall not be liable, if the Lucky Draw or the utilization of the services reserved under this Deal Program is prevented or delayed by causes, circumstances or events beyond the control of Goibibo, including but not limited to computer viruses, tampering, unauthorized intervention, interception, fraud, technical failures, floods, fires, accidents, earthquakes, riots, explosions, wars, hostilities, acts of government or other causes of like or similar nature.
- Goibibo shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental loss, damage or injury suffered by any User.
- Goibibo is the final authority on the interpretation of these rules.
