How do you get it?
- The offer will remain valid till 31th May 2023.
- The customer will we eligible for this giveaway offer only if they make a holiday packages booking utilizing the “SUPERSAVER” coupon code mentioned on above table, during the offer period between 19th May 2023 to 31st May 2023.
- The offer is valid for holiday package bookings made on Goibibo’s website, Mobile site, Android & iOS App (the “Platform(s)”)
- This free package giveaway offer is only applicable for utilization for maximum for 2 customers and travel dates for redemption of the free holiday package giveaway by the customers will be solely as per MMT's discretion.
- The holiday package giveaway will be provided to the entitled customers on the condition and upon the completion of the initial holiday package booking done during the aforesaid offer period , i.e post travel completion of the initial holiday package booking.
- Customer will not be eligible for the holiday package giveaway in case the initial booking is cancelled by the customer.
- This free package giveaway is not applicable for Long weekends & Holidays for the travel period mentioned above.
- Travel dates would be subject to availability and will be disclosed to the customers once the names of the customers have been shortlisted by GoIbibo as the winner of the giveaway.

Conditions in case of cancellation
- In case of partial/full cancellation the offer stands void and customer will not be eligible for the discount.
- If the Customer cancels the travel service purchase after the discount amount is availed, Goibibo will deduct the discount amount from the refund and cancellation charges shall apply
- If there is any rescheduling or cancellation, customer has to bear the fare difference (regardless of whether the component is in the base fare or in tax + surcharge) and other rescheduling/cancellation fees.

Terms of the offer
- This offer is open only to those customers who sign up and/or are registered users of the GoIbibo Platforms, and who are aged 18 years or older as of the date of entry.
- By participating, the customer agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these terms and conditions, and the customer represents and warrants that the customer shall meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, the customer agrees to accept the decisions of GoIbibo as final and binding as it relates to the content of this offer.
- If the customer doesn't receive the “SUPERSAVER” coupon code , he/she must raise the claim at https://support.GoIbiboGoIbibo.com/MyAccount/MyIncidents/NewComplaint within 3 months from the booking date. In the event the customer fails to do so, he/she will not be eligible for availing the discount amount.
- This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer of Goibibo.
- Goibibo is the sole authority for the interpretation of these terms and conditions.
- GoIbibo reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any customer who does not meet the offer requirements or in case of reasons including but not limited to any misuse of the discount code/voucher or fraud or suspicious transactions/activities. GoIbibo also reserves the right to discontinue or change the terms and conditions of this offer at any time, at its sole discretion.
- Goibibo shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to a force majeure event.
- In the event of any misuse or abuse of the giveaway offer by the customer, Goibibo reserves the right to deny the offer to the customer or cancel the booking of the customer.
- Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, GoIbibo (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, punitive, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under GoIbibo’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference arising out of or in connection with the offer;
- Disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
- Terms of Service, User Agreement and Privacy Policy of the Goibibo website will apply.
- Customers who are travel agents by occupation are barred from making bookings for their customers and GoIbibo reserves the right to deny the offer against such bookings or to cancel such bookings. For such cases, Goibibo shall not refund the booking amount.
