• The offer is valid on bookings made using HDFC Credit cards issued in India only.
• Add-on cards (supplementary cards) will be treated as separate cards and the offer will not be applicable on them.
• Valid on a minimum paid transaction (including goCash discount) of Rs. 6000. For E.g. If your ticket cost is Rs. 6000 (before payment) and post applying the goCash & goCash+ of say Rs. 250, the final paid value reduces to Rs. 5750, thus such a transaction would not qualify for the offer cash back.
• Limited to 1 transaction per card/per customer, which means in case a customer has 2 primary cards, he(s) can do 2 such transactions, however this wouldn't apply on any add-on cards.
• Cash Back based offer. Cash Back amount will be credited to your card account within 45 days of the transaction date.
• Second or any further bookings will be treated as regular booking and would not qualify for the offer cash back.
• Transaction completed during this Offer Period using the Promo Code - GOHDFC will only be considered for the offer cash back..
• Travel dates are open.
• The cash back on HDFC cards will be provided in the Customer's card account within 45 days from the date of transaction on a best effort basis. The time line provided for effecting credit is only indicative of expected period and may vary from the actual date of credit.
• For all bookings, the cash back amount shall be credited to the same credit card as was used for the purpose of making the booking, and will reflect in the monthly card statement.
• Offer is not valid on payments made through any Wallet, PayPal account and/or Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
• Cash back will be calculated on each Booking ID and not on the number of transactions.
• If the Customer does not receive the cash back amount, he/she can claim for the same within 4 months from the booking date. In the event the Customer fails to do so, he/she will not be eligible for the cash back amount.
• Products and services are subject to availability.
• For any card related claims/ issues, the customer shall approach HDFC Cards and Goibibo shall not entertain any such claims.
• The Customer cannot club any other offers along with this offer on the same booking ID. The Offer cannot be transferred/ assigned to any other person or Customer.
• The Customer shall not be entitled to cash back in the event of cancellation of booking. If the Customer cancels the travel service purchase after the cash back amount is credited, Goibibo will refund the purchase price after deducting the cash back amount and any other applicable cancellation charges/penalty. For example, if a Customer has paid INR. 6,000/- (price quoted by Goibibo) for a travel service and a cash back of INR. 1,200 has been credited to the Customer's account, the net amount paid by the Customer is INR. 4,800. Thus, if the Customer cancels the booking, Goibibo will deduct the cancellation charge/penalty/any other applicable charges from INR. 4,800/- and the balance amount will be credited to the customer account.
• Customers, who are Travel Agents by occupation, are barred from making bookings for their customers and Goibibo reserves the right to deny the Offer against such bookings and to cancel such bookings. For such cases, Goibibo will not refund the booking amount.
• Goibibo will be entitled to reject any claim in case there is any abuse/misuse of the Offer by the Customer or the claim is not eligible under the offer.
• HDFC Bank and Goibibo reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
• All of HDFC bank actions shall be on a best-efforts basis only.
• The Customers agree to be bound by the terms & conditions contained herein. Without a Customer being required to do any further act, he/she shall be deemed to have read, understood and unconditionally accepted the terms & conditions herein.
