What do you get?

• The customer will be able to avail a 3 month EMI option on any eligible booking, and will be refunded the interest charged.

How do you get it?

• The offer is valid only for existing ZestMoney customers with active, available credit limit. To apply for a limit/check your balance, go to www.zestmoney.in.
• To avail the offer, the customer must choose ZestMoney at checkout, and pick 3 months as loan tenure at time of completing the application.
• The customer will be refunded the interest charged on each instalment within 3 days of paying each instalment.
• There is no restriction on travel dates under these offers

What else do you need to know?

• ZestMoney option can be found under NetBanking at checkout.
• Offer is valid on bookings made between 18th July'19 – 17th October'19.

Conditions in case of cancellation

• Cancellations are valid only if made within 30 days of the purchase date. Beyond the 30-day period, all cancellations for purchases made from ZestMoney will be rejected by Goibibo.
• In case of cancellation of an order, the refunded amount will be deducted from loan amount and any cancellation charges/fees that are still valid will continue to be part of ZestMoney loan to be paid back in EMIs as per agreement.
• In case of partial cancellation (one or more of multiple items in order are cancelled), if the value of the remaining order falls below minimum eligible limit of Rs. 3,000/-, the cancellation will not be allowed

Other Terms and Conditions

• This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer of Goibibo
• Goibibo reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether
• Offer not valid for Reserve Now Pay Later bookings
• For any card related claims, the customer shall approach the ZestMoney and Goibibo shall not entertain any such claims
• Goibibo shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to force majeure event
• Customers, who are Travel Agents by occupation, are barred from making bookings for their customers and Goibibo reserves the right to deny the Offer against such bookings and to cancel such bookings. For such cases, Goibibo will not refund the booking amount
• In no event the entire liability of Goibibo under this offer shall exceed the amount of promotional discount under this offer
• Goibibo shall not be liable to for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the offer
• Disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi
• ZestMoney and Goibibo, reserve the right to disqualify any Customer from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Offer or otherwise by use of the Card.
• ZestMoney and Goibibo reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the Offer, including, extending, withdrawing or discontinuing the same without prior notice,
• Participation in this offer is voluntary. Any person availing of this offer shall be deemed to have read understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
• Customers are advised to read and understand the terms and conditions of Goibibo, before availing the benefits of the offer.
• The decision of ZestMoney and Goibibo in all matters in connection with and incidental to this offer is final and shall be binding on all persons.
